Borrow against your home or land
Turn the value in property you own into a loan, with a clear view of how it is decided.
Your property is the security for the loan
You offer a property you own, such as a house, townhouse, condo or land, as security. The lender appraises it, checks any mortgage already on it, and checks your income and debts. The amount offered is a share of the appraised value, not the full value, and can be lower once existing debt is paid off.
- You keep living in or using the property while you repay
- If instalments are not paid, the lender can enforce its security
- Borrow only what you can repay
